Terms of
Service.

The short version

By using this website or booking a service with Rush Tint, you're agreeing to the terms below. We've kept them plain and fair. If you have a question about anything here, call us before you book.

Bookings and quotes

A request submitted through this site is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We'll follow up to confirm the time, service, and any details we need. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us directly.

Prices shown on the site are good-faith estimates for standard vehicles and jobs. Final pricing depends on what we find when we see the vehicle or property. We'll always confirm price with you before starting work.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as soon as you can so we can offer that slot to someone else. We don't charge cancellation fees unless work has already begun on materials specifically prepared for your job.

Warranty

Every ceramic window tint install is backed by a lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, delamination, and color change (purple shift). If any of that happens, we'll fix it at no cost. The warranty covers the install — not damage from accidents, rolled down windows during cure time, or aftermarket work done on the film by someone else.

Warranties on other services (ceramic coating, paint protection film) follow the manufacturer's coverage and will be communicated before the job.

Your vehicle and property

You confirm that you own the vehicle or property, or have permission to authorize work on it. We take care with every job, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications that affect install, or conditions we could not reasonably have known about.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. This does not apply to fraud or willful misconduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, NC.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The effective date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the update.
